Is your dog actually aggressive?

Very few dogs show true aggression, but what are we seeing, why does it happen and what is really going on?

What is reactivity?

How do we help our dogs and what do we do about it?

How do aggressive responses affect a dog’s health and wellbeing – physically, mentally and emotionally?

Facilitators: Tamasine Smith from Leadchanges Dog Behaviour. Hosted by Naomi Farrow

Who should attend?

Anyone who believes their dog may be aggressive/reactive.

This talk will give you a better understanding and will then help you in deciding if you require further support with your canine companion.

The session is for humans only.

Find out more:

Learn more about what causes dogs to react to things and understand more about what lies behind this stressful canine behaviour.  It might be different from what you thought.

Learn how genetics, epigenetics, early developmental experiences, adolescence and health issues can all lead to reactive or aggressive behavioural responses.

Empower yourself with more knowledge and gain some insights into how we can aim to prevent dogs from showing aggressive responses to things in the first place and how we might support those already struggling to make better choices and live a better quality of life.
